Rental Equipment

We have a full range of x-ray systems and metal detectors available for rental.  When you rent equipment from us you can be assured of obtaining the most sensitive, best maintained equipment available.  We can also provide you with stacking tables, roller conveyors, and powered conveyors for infeed and outfeed.  We are your full solution equipment provider.

Inspection Services

When you send your product to us, we will utilize our experienced staff to inspect your product using our proven procedures.  We will provide the facility, labor, and all materials required to inspect your product.  Our inspection service provides you with the most thorough and cost effective means to reclaim your product.  Whether the issue is missing, damaged, or contaminated product, you can rest assured that no one else is capable of providing the level of service that Accu-ray provides.

Consulting Services

Accu-ray is uniquely qualified to be your x-ray expert.  Accu-ray owns and maintains several x-ray machines (Automatic & Image Intensifier). We push the limits of the technology daily, as we use this equipment to assist our customers in resolving a variety of known quality problems.  Whether you are just starting to investigate x-ray, or are required to utilize it by your customer, we can help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of the technology as it applies to your application.  We offer a full range of seminars to help you understand x-ray technology and metal detector technology. This can be extremely valuable before you purchase equipment of your own.

Contract Packaging

Accu-ray offers so much flexibility. Let us help with your high labor rework or special project.   We offer fast response times and custom processing lines.  We specialize in short run and promotional projects.  Our focus is the food industry, but we also handle mailings, introductory products, and any labor intensive packaging projects.  We look forward to custom designing a solution for you.

Warehousing

Our food grade warehouse is centrally located near Chicago.  Our facility is certified and registered with the U.S.D.A.  The warehouse is regularly maintained and inspected in order to ensure a very high hygiene standard.  The space can be heated for temperature sensitive merchandise.
